So they built something different. A place where architecture whispers rather than shouts, where materials are chosen for the way they age rather than the way they photograph, and where every corridor, every threshold, every view has been considered with the same care as the grandest room.

The Beginning
Founded with a single site and a clear vision — to build residences that treated luxury as a matter of intention, not excess. The first on Riviera Boulevard.

Marco Riviera
Founding Director
Marco established Riviera Estate in 2011 with a background in architectural theory and a conviction that residential luxury had lost its sense of purpose.
Alexandra Voss
Resident Experience Manager
Alexandra leads the team responsible for every resident's journey — from first enquiry to the morning after move-in and every day beyond. She believes the experience is the product.
Soren Hald
Head of Design
Soren trained at the Architectural Association and brings a Scandinavian rigour to every material decision at Riviera Estate. He is the reason the proportions feel exactly right.
